Ikot-When? was born out of a simple need: making campus mobility predictable. We aim to eliminate the guesswork of waiting for shuttles, helping Lasallians manage their time better through real-time data and community cooperation.

Because OTW na shouldn't be a mystery. Whether you're 'nagmamadali' to a 7:00 AM class at CEAT or trying to catch the last shuttle out of Gate 1, Ikot-When? has your back.

Log in to your Ikot-When? account and go to the dashboard. You'll see a live map showing the current position of active Ikot La Salle shuttles, updated in real-time with estimated arrival times at each gate.

Yes! Once logged in, enable push notifications for each Shuttle from A-D. You'll even get instant alerts when a shuttle arrives, is delayed, or if a gate is experiencing heavy congestion.

Use the Navigate feature integrated within the search bar and type in your room number or building name. Ikot-When? will give all the possible route combining shuttle and walking directions with DLSU-D's campus layout.

Log in and go to the 'Ask Lasallians'. You can post real-time updates about gate status, shuttle delays, or traffic conditions. Other Lasallians can like, comment, and verify your reports.

Check the real-time shuttle tracker on your dashboard for the latest status. You can also browse the Community Feed for peer-reported updates, or use Map Navigation to get an alternative walking route.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ikot-When?, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Ikot-When? is an exclusive platform for De La Salle University – Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) students, faculty, and staff. Access requires a valid @dlsud.edu.ph email address.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system.
Your account is personal and non-transferable.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on Ikot-When? are the property of the development team and DLSU-D. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ikot-When? is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in shuttle tracking data or service interruptions.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

To send OTP codes and important account notifications.
To improve the platform based on usage patterns.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties outside DLSU-D, except as required by law or university policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures including password hashing, OTP verification, and MPIN protection to safeguard your data.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time through your profile settings.
